Facilitate Up Your Employee Evaluation


Become a facilitator for leveling up your employee evaluation in your organization. Learn how to implement the Meaningful Competence Toolkit.


Program Elements

 

Here are the elements of the program:

  • An Implementation Planning Meeting (single company programs)

    We'll learn by doing. That means we'll work with you to identify a target project and outline how to work together for your success.

  • 8 Hours of In-person Training

    This workshop includes some lecture, many examples, and lots of facilitated practice with plenty of feedback.

  • 8 Hours of Consultation

    You'll learn what more you need as you work with your first clients. We'll remain accessible to help you succeed.

  • Access to the Meaningful Competence Toolkit Training System

    See the description in the next column.

  • Subscription to the Level Up Evaluation Newsletter

    The newsletter will keep you up with the latest evaluation news.


Program Content

 

The Level Up Your Employee Evaluation facilitator program covers these topics:

Scheduling Your In-Person Training

 

This program includes two 4-hour in-person sessions. These will be delivered virtually. Torch Solutions Group will contact you to schedule your in-person training after you register. We'll do our best to meet your scheduling needs.

 

Because this program is better delivered to groups, so that members can share experiences and thoughts, Torch Solutions Group will attempt to schedule you at a time others are able to join as well. It is not necessary for you to attend the second session with the same group as the first session. In fact, the diversity is beneficial.

 

We recommend there be at least one week—but no more than three weeks—between sessions. This provides you a chance to practice what you learned in the first session and come back with questions for the second session.

 

We will consider holding the class for a single individual if it proves impossible to schedule that individual into a group within a reasonable amount of time. We don't want you to wait to get the program you paid for. 

 


Scheduling Your Consultations

 

After completing your training sessions, you will be given access to a page to schedule your consultations. 

 

Your questions lead the consultations. These consultations are designed to help you learn well enough to never need us in the future because you've become expert at leveling up the training evaluation in your organization.
