Consider Holding a Book Club Meeting
Many years ago I was invited to participate in a leadership bookclub at work. We would select a book and discuss the chapters. The cost was low, just the price of the book.
Since then, I'm a fan of book club learning. That's one reason I wrote Untapped Value: The Power of Meaningful Competence. While I think it would be helpful to have certified Meaningful Competence trainers in a company, many will benefit just by being part of a book club, working through their questions with each other.
If value is created, but the metrics proving value was created is never communicated, did value actually get created?
